Douglas A. Hartman, PLS - President
Doug is a highly experienced land surveyor with over 35 years of experience in land surveying, GPS surveying, and traditional scanning surveying. Doug, licensed in 2000, is a specialist in GPS methodology and has conducted numerous surveys on large, urban, industrial properties, tenant lease surveys at King County International Airport, and The Boeing Company’s Everett, Seattle, and Renton Facilities. Doug’s experience includes leading the survey component of the initial Sound Transit Light Rail project, and also managing current on-call survey contracts for the City of Edmonds, City of Everett, Northshore Utility District, and The Boeing Company.

Doug currently serves as the lead project manager for all of DHA’s projects. His duties at DHA include overseeing survey crews, CAD technicians and managing his assigned projects from proposal to delivery. Doug started at DHA at its inception in 1993. Cindy Voss - CFO
Cindy is a key member of DHA's project administration with over 35 years of experience. Cindy will track all project tasks from proposal to final invoice to assure administrative compliance. Each project task will have a numbered file, contract document with detailed cost breakdown, delivery schedule, and client's billing requirements. All time sheets, direct costs and job progress are tracked on a weekly basis using project management and business administrative software that produce final invoices and project performance files. Ariel Calimlim - CAD Manager
Ariel is DHA’s Graphics Department Manager and will oversee DHA’s digital CAD mapping, GIS activities and cartographic services. Ariel has over 19 years of experience in the survey industry. Ariel is trained in AutoCAD Civil 3D. Ariel also has working knowledge with AutoCAD Recap which integrates scanned point data clouds into AutoCAD. His responsibilities will include importing and checking daily field data and providing the final drafting products to clients. Ariel started work at DHA in 2005.

Doug Mead - Sr. Party Chief
Doug has over 31 years of surveying experience and has been DHA’s senior party chief for over 24 years. Doug’s experience includes topographic mapping, high order construction surveying, boundary surveying, railroad surveying, and 3D survey scanning. Doug has the authority to assign work to crew members and determine methods to accomplish assigned tasks. Doug started work at DHA in 1996.

Dan Subitch - Field Tech I
Dan is DHA’s Field Tech I and supports DHA’s Party Chiefs. His position as a Field Tech I entails running specialized robotic total stations, and performing GPS surveying. Dan can also be assigned junior party chief responsibilities where applicable. Dan joined DHA in 2006.

Girma MeKonnen - Field Tech II
Girma has over 5 years of experience in the land surveying profession. Girma currently supports DHA’s field managers. Girma joined DHA in 2020.
